Unfortunately it’s not easy to stop sweaty hands from occurring. Some people would like to make you think that it is, but unless they suffer from the problem like we do, they have no idea.

I’ve done a ton of research on this because I suffered so badly from it my whole life until recently.

There are tons and tons of so called cure for sweaty hands articles going around the internet, but most of them are garbage. There are very few things that actually work for this horrible condition, so trying to get rid of sweaty palms or hands is a hit and miss thing.

One thing that a lot of the articles out there say is that it’s an emotional thing.  Well, that can be true for some people, but controlling your emotions is usually the sort of thing touted by people who don’t truly suffer from excessive sweaty hands.

Actually many of these people truly do have sweaty palms, and it is emotion based, but what you have, and what I suffered are much more severe. We sweat so badly that we have our hands sweaty from top to bottom.

Sometimes our hand and feet are sweaty, and that can be really miserable.

One thing that does seem to help for a bit is to detoxify. When you get rid of toxins in your body, your body reduces the need to sweat them out, and therefore the sweaty hands to subside.

I’ve really only found one thing that really works for sweaty hands. It’s so simple that I was ticked off I didn’t figure it out sooner.

Man oh man, did the problem of sweaty hands torture my life for the longest time.  I gotta say, being a young man, in what was supposed to be the prime of my social life…with overly sweaty hands was a horrific experience at times.

Luckily I’ve always been a pretty happy-go-lucky guy so I tried to not let it bother me too much but it really was tough at times.

You know how it is. Even the slightest little things that you normally take for granted are pretty much difficult, like meeting someone new and shaking hands.  You don’t know how many times I simply chose to look rude rather than take the chance of grossing someone out with sweaty hands, and embarrassing myself.

Sweaty hands and sweaty palms make life difficult, and most people just have no idea what we go through.  When I was younger and I’d go to my friends house to play video games they’d make fun of me because when I gave the controller back it was soaking wet with sweat.

Some friends wouldn’t even share popcorn with me at the movies because of this problem. It was horrid, and I knew right away, even when I was young that I had to get rid of sweaty hands.

When it came time to start dating girls is when things got really bad. Most kids can’t wait to be able to hold hands with the girl they liked.  I dreaded the thought.  So much so that I pretty much clammed up and didn’t ask any girls out.

Those years were really rough.  Luckily I found a solution to my sweaty hands problem, and frankly it was something so simple that I was so mad at myself.  Finding out how to stop sweaty hands was probably the single best thing I’ve ever done for myself thus far in life.
